i have been using the firefox browser, but for email on aol it didn't have the full range of options, so i have resumed email by aol, and it too, is a lot faster now. i guess i am just used to that otherwise it seems to be much smoother. thanks again. i'll be glad to be a reference for you anytime.

Thank you so much for fixing my notebook. Thanks for cleaning it up and getting rid of all the junk that was hogging memory. Now I can finally watch videos on my computer and thanks to you I now have parental controls to keep my kids off the computer when I'm not home! It was so fast and easy too. I use my computer to work from home, so it’s critical that I can access my files quickly and work on many different business applications efficiently throughout the day. Although my computer is fairly new, I noticed that even with our high-speed internet connection, things seemed to be taking longer and longer to open, save, and process. My husband brought my computer to Tech Solutions of Salem, and within a day, it had a brand new hard drive and was running as fast as ever.
